I love these bags! They are food-grade silicone, which is non-reactive and can be used at a wide range of temperatures.
The seal is leak-proof (see photo!) and can be a little tough to close the first couple times - as is noted in the product description - just be sure you have the arrows lined up and I guarantee it will slide shut :)

I love this reusable silicone bag, it has some heft to it and looks like this is going to last a while. we bought it to store baby food as mentioned in the previous reviews. the plastic sealer at the top seems to do a pretty good job and the food does not fridge smell in few days. Curious to see how it works with long term freezing but for now happy to replace plastic ziplocs with this green bag.

These things are awesome! Easy to use and wash. I've used them to store food in the fridge and freezer and have cooked with them in boiling water, too. I was scared to put liquid in them, but wanted to see how durable they were so I put some leftover chicken and dumplings in one and it sealed and reheated perfectly. Love these containers!

I bring lunches to work every day to cut down on cost as well as to be healthy. I hated how wasteful ziploc bags were so I got these. I added pictures to show how great they work, they even keep liquids in! I added water to the bag and turned it completely upside down and not a drop fell.

I love the fact that these reusable sou vide bags are very versatile. I use a small bag for steaming and storing veggies, and large silicone bags for marinating meat and freezing leftovers. All you need to do is close the bag halfway, squeeze the rest of the air out, and then seal tight to create the hermetic effect. Very easy to clean in a dishwasher after use.
